The new electronic pressure switches EPS02 series have beenspecifically designed to meet the most various applicationrequirements in industrial processing, pressure monitoringsystems and control. EPS02 electronic pressure switches areequipped with a transparent DIN43650 plug, housing inside ared LED, to signal that the actuation point has been reached,and a green LED for supply voltage indication (+24Vdc). Theoutput is available in a choice of PNP Open Collector or NPNOpen Collector. The switching point, the hysteresis and theNormally Open/Normally Closed contact function can be alleasily adjusted directly by the customer using the twoconfiguration buttons and the reference green LED housed inthe aluminium body under the black screw plug. Featuringproofed piezoresistive properties, the sensor, stressed bypressure, causes a linear and proportional variation of themeasuring bridge in the ceramic cell. This variation generatesthe signal that, successively amplified, causes the signalingred LED to light. Great accuracy, repeatability and a ruggeddesign make these switches suitable for any application, eventhe most demanding and severe.
